Our speciality
Roofing & Waterproofing
Our main focus: protecting roofs against leaks and water penetration, from corrugated and IBR metal roofs to tile roofs.
Rubberized Waterproofing
Rubberized waterproofing uses a flexible coating system to help resist water ingress on suitable surfaces. It can be considered for exposed roof areas and vulnerable details where a compatible system can accommodate normal surface movement.
Surface cleaning, sound adhesion and treatment of joints and defects are important to the application. We consider existing coatings, drainage and the condition of the substrate; a coating is not a substitute for necessary roof repairs.
Typical applications
- Exposed corrugated and IBR roof areas
- Roof sheet overlaps and seams
- Vulnerable details around flashings and penetrations
- Preventative protection of suitable roof surfaces
Benefits
- A flexible, continuous protective coating
- Helps resist water ingress at vulnerable areas
- Can help extend the useful life of suitable roofs
- Applied without replacing the existing roof sheeting

Liquid Rubber Roof Waterproofing
Liquid rubber is applied as a liquid and cures into a flexible membrane. On a correctly prepared roof it follows the roof profile and forms a continuous protective layer over the sheeting, joints and fixings.
Our waterproofing system includes professional surface preparation, bonding treatment, sealing of joints and bolts and two coats of liquid rubber.
Typical applications
- Metal roof areas and sheet overlaps
- Screw and bolt fixings
- Flashings, gutter junctions and upstands
- Areas with irregular shapes or many details
Benefits
- Follows the contours of the roof profile
- Seals joints and bolts as part of one system
- Two coats for a continuous protective layer
- Backed by a 10-year warranty, subject to a maintenance inspection every 5 years
Corrugated (Sink) and IBR Roof Waterproofing
Corrugated and IBR roofs need attention at sheet overlaps, fasteners, flashings and penetrations. Waterproofing these details can help limit rainwater entry while protecting suitable roof areas with a compatible coating system.
We consider loose fixings, deteriorated seals, corrosion and existing coatings when discussing the work. Damaged sheets or other defects may need repair before waterproofing; coating over an unsound roof is not a lasting repair strategy.
Typical applications
- Residential corrugated iron (sink) roofs
- IBR roofs on commercial and industrial buildings
- Overlaps, screws, ridges and flashings
- Older metal roofs with worn seals or coatings
Benefits
- Attention to where metal roofs typically leak
- Joint and bolt sealing included
- Considers rust, loose fixings and existing coatings
- Practical solution for South African roofing

Tile Roof Waterproofing & Coating
Tile roofs weather over time: tiles fade, ridges and joints open up, and water can find its way in at the details. We prepare the roof, attend to joints and ridges, and apply a protective coating that refreshes and protects the tiles.
Cracked or broken tiles and loose ridges are identified during the inspection so they can be repaired before coating.
Typical applications
- Faded or weathered concrete tile roofs
- Open ridge and hip joints
- Tile roofs being restored before a sale or renovation
- Tile-profile metal roofs
Benefits
- A fresh, uniform roof colour
- Joints and ridges attended to
- Protects the tile surface against weathering
- Repairs identified before coating
Roof Restoration & Coatings
Roof restoration brings a tired, rusted or faded roof back into good condition. It starts with cleaning and preparation, followed by repairs, rust treatment and a protective coating system matched to the roof.
It is often a practical alternative to replacing the roof sheeting altogether when the structure is still sound.
Typical applications
- Rusted or faded metal roofs
- Roofs with failing old paint or coatings
- Commercial and industrial roofs
- Residential roofs needing a refresh
Benefits
- Restores the look of the whole roof
- Protective coating over the prepared surface
- Often avoids full roof replacement
- Rust treated before coating

Roof Inspections
A roof inspection looks at the condition of the sheeting or tiles, joints, bolts, flashings, gutters and any existing coatings, and at where water may be getting in.
Inspections are the starting point for every quotation, and form part of the maintenance inspection required every 5 years under our waterproofing warranty.
Typical applications
- Before buying or selling a property
- After storms or when leaks appear
- Before waterproofing or restoration work
- Five-yearly warranty maintenance inspections
Benefits
- Know the real condition of your roof
- Problems found before they get worse
- A clear scope for the quotation
- Keeps warranty requirements on track
Roof Preparation, Repairs & Rust Treatment
A ceiling mark can be some distance from where water actually enters the roof. Repairs start by finding the likely cause, such as rusted sheets, loose or failed bolts, open joints or damaged flashings.
Rust is treated and the surface properly prepared, whether the roof is being repaired on its own or prepared for a waterproofing system.
Typical applications
- Active leaks and ceiling water marks
- Rusted sheets and fixings
- Loose bolts, open joints and damaged flashings
- Preparation before waterproofing or coating
Benefits
- Targets the cause, not just the stain
- Rust treated before it spreads
- A sound base for coatings
- Joint and bolt sealing

Gutter Installation, Repairs & Maintenance
Gutter Installation, Repairs & Maintenance
Gutters and downpipes carry rainwater away from the roof and walls. Blocked, leaking or sagging gutters can cause water damage and affect how well the roof performs.
We install new gutters and downpipes, repair or waterproof existing ones, and help keep them in working order.
Typical applications
- New gutter and downpipe installations
- Leaking gutter joints and corners
- Sagging or damaged gutters
- Gutter waterproofing and maintenance
Benefits
- Rainwater directed away from the building
- Helps protect walls, fascias and foundations
- Leaking joints sealed
- Supports roof waterproofing
Roof Maintenance & Protection
Regular maintenance keeps a roof and its waterproofing in good condition. It includes checking and attending to joints, bolts, flashings, gutters and coatings before small issues become leaks.
For waterproofed roofs, a maintenance inspection every 5 years is required to keep the 10-year warranty valid.
Typical applications
- Residential and commercial roofs
- Roofs with existing waterproofing
- Body corporates and managed properties
- Preparing for the rainy season
Benefits
- Small problems found early
- Keeps waterproofing in good condition
- Planned maintenance for managed properties
- Supports warranty requirements

Wall, Gutter & Concrete Waterproofing
Beyond roofs, we waterproof walls, gutters and concrete surfaces. The approach depends on the surface, its exposure and how water is reaching it.
Surfaces are prepared, cracks and joints sealed, and a suitable waterproofing coating applied.
Typical applications
- Exposed walls and parapets
- Gutters and concrete gutters
- Concrete slabs, balconies and ledges
- Joints between building elements
Benefits
- Helps protect the building structure
- Cracks and joints sealed
- Approach matched to the surface
- Complements roof waterproofing

Paving & Paving Coatings
We install paving for driveways, walkways, patios and pool areas, and restore existing paving with protective paving coatings.
A paving coating can refresh tired or stained paving and give it a uniform new colour without replacing it.

- Pool surrounds and patios
- Walkways and courtyards
- Faded or stained existing paving
Benefits
- Practical, neat outdoor surfaces
- Tired paving refreshed without replacement
- Attention to levels and drainage

- Stained or damaged paving
- Pool surrounds and outdoor areas
- Commercial hard surfaces
Benefits
- Restores appearance
