Please share only what is needed for your enquiry and do not send identity numbers, banking details or other sensitive information.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, discuss your project, prepare a quotation and arrange any work you ask us to do. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How enquiries are delivered and stored

Form enquiries are sent by email to office@mpprojectsgroup.co.za. Our website also keeps a log of emails it sends, so we can confirm that enquiries were delivered. Access to the website administration area is limited to authorised people, and administrative activity on the website is logged for security purposes.

WhatsApp and phone calls

If you contact us using the WhatsApp button, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy. Information you share by phone or WhatsApp is used in the same way as a form enquiry.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry, provide our services and meet our legal obligations, after which it is deleted.
