We are based in Pretoria and service Pretoria and surrounding areas, with the ability to travel nationally for larger projects.

We offer a 10-year warranty, subject to the required maintenance inspection every 5 years.

Surface preparation
Professional preparation of the roof surface, including treatment of rust where needed, so the system bonds properly.

Bonding treatment
A bonding treatment is applied to the prepared surface before the waterproofing goes on.

Joint and bolt sealing
Joints and bolts, where metal roofs most often leak, are sealed individually.

Two coats of liquid rubber
Two coats of liquid rubber are applied to form the protective waterproofing layer.
